Optional Features Deliver Additional Functionality to Your Business Process

Optional features include:

The optional Reclassify feature is available only to organizations that maintain multiple workflow systems. It allows users to send work items from one system to another (for example, between departments or business units). Users typically reclassify work items accidentally introduced into the wrong system.

The user selects a destination system from a list, and the current system sends the work item to it. It also logs an event in both systems.

If the system incorporates optional Notes functionality, then it also records a note specifying the current and destination systems, to which the user can add a comment.

We can build this feature into the Index, Exception, and Return Correspondence applications.
