Security
The optional Security feature forces users to log into applications with a name and password. Unless they are authorized to use an application, it will not run. Once they log in, only features they are authorized to use will be available.
You must predefine security users and groups, then assign one or more users to each group, and one or more applications and features to each group. The number of users and groups is unlimited, but the number of applications and features is fixed. Users, applications, and features can be assigned to multiple groups.
