Search
The Search application is optional.
It allows users to find and view work items anywhere in the system. The user enters search criteria, and the application returns a list of matching work items from which the user selects. The application then displays the selected work item.
Because this application retrieves work items on demand from any stage of your business process, it reduces wait times, accelerates turnaround times, increases responsiveness, improves controls, and decreases uncertainties.
If your business process incorporates an image-management system such as FileNet, then the application also displays attached images.
We can build optional Security, Priority, Notes, and Fax features into this application.
If your business process incorporates an image-management system such as FileNet, then we can build an optional Signature feature into this application.
Please do not confuse this application with the optional Search feature.
