Optional Features Deliver Additional Functionality to Your Business Process
Optional features include:
The optional Workgroup feature allows management to distribute workload among administrative groups (for example, among different departments or business units).
The user selects a group from a list, and only work items assigned to that group appear in the application. The user alternately can choose to process work items for all groups or for no groups.
You must predefine workgroups, then assign work item criteria to them. For example, you might create a workgroup for each regional division, then assign work items to them, based on geographic origin. The number of workgroups is unlimited.
