Vendor
The optional Vendor feature is available only if your business process is for A/P. It allows users to enter vendor data quickly and easily for work items.
The user enters any combination of partial vendor name, number, or postal code, and the system returns a list of matching vendors, from which the user selects. If the system returns only one vendor, then it automatically selects it. The system then defaults all vendor data, based on the selection.
You must predefine vendor data (which you can upload from legacy, flat-file, or third-party sources), but you can add, modify, or delete them as circumstances change.
