Terms
The optional Terms feature is available only if your business process is for A/P. It allows users to enter terms data quickly and easily for work items.
The user enters invoice amount, date, and terms notation, and the system defaults discount amount, discount days, net days, and due date.
You must predefine terms data, but you can add, modify, or delete them as circumstances change.
We can build this feature into the Index and Exception applications.
