Optional Features Deliver Additional Functionality to Your Business Process
Optional features include:
The optional Search feature allows users to find and retrieve work items. The user enters search criteria, and the system returns a list of matching work items from which the user selects. The system then loads the selected work item into the current application.
We can build this feature into the Index, Exception, and Tax applications.
Please do not confuse this optional feature with the Search application.
