Optional Features Deliver Additional Functionality to Your Business Process Optional features include: The optional Notes feature allows users to add and view notes for work items. The user enters text, and the system records it, along with their name, date, and time. It also logs an event. The number of notes users can add to a work item is unlimited, as is the length of each. When viewing notes, the user can sort them by text, author, or date and time. We can build this feature into the Index, Exception, Search, Return Correspondence, and Tax applications.
