Correspondence
The optional Correspondence feature allows users to request outbound correspondence for work items. Users typically request correspondence when additional information is required to resolve errors for work items. It also allows users to review the complete correspondence history of work items.
This feature includes a standalone Correspondence application that runs unattended and sends e-mails, faxes, and letters, based on user requests. It also receives inbound electronic correspondence and associates it with the outbound electronic correspondence that generated it.
We can build this feature into the Exception application.
Please do not confuse this optional feature with the Return Correspondence application.
