Return Correspondence
The Return Correspondence application is optional, but available only if your business process incorporates an image-management system such as FileNet.
It allows users to view images of return correspondence and attach them to work items. Return correspondence typically results from user requests for additional information to resolve errors for work item.
After the user attaches an image to a work item, the application logs an event.
Because this application requires no business knowledge, but only data-entry skills, it lowers overhead and reduces training costs by using less-skilled labor. Because it replaces paper documents with electronic images, it eliminates the risks, inefficiencies, and costs of passing paper among users, while improving controls, reducing uncertainty, increasing accountability, and decreasing fraud.
We can build optional Security, Notes, Reclassify, Pend, Delete, and Rescan features into this application.
Please do not confuse this application with the one included in the optional Correspondence feature.
