The Metrics application is optional.
It provides a data entry form into which users enter criteria for management reports and from which they view (and print) them. You must specify which reports to include, such as work item volume by status or processing time by user, before we build this application.
Because this application provides custom reporting capabilities for any aspect of your business process, it broadens metrics, improves controls, reduces uncertainty, and increases accountability.
