Each Application in the System Automates a Function in Your Business Process

The Index application is required.
It displays a data-entry form into which users enter data for new work items.
If your business process incorporates an image-management system such as FileNet, then the application also displays attached images.
After the user enters data for a new work item, the application logs an event and sends it to the Validation application.
Because this application requires no business knowledge, but only data-entry skills, it lowers overhead and reduces training costs by using less-skilled labor.
We can build optional Security, Priority, Notes, Route, Reclassify, Delete, Workgroup, and Search features into this application.
