Each Application in the System Automates a Function in Your Business Process

Export
The Export application is required.
It runs unattended and transfers data from work items to your legacy (mainframe or ERP) system.
If data fail to transfer from a work item, then the application logs an error and sends it to the Exception application. If data transfer from a work item, then the application removes it from workflow. Your legacy system then independently completes your business process normally. In the case of A/P, this would be paying a vendor.
Depending on the specific needs of your organization, you can purge, recover, or archive work items removed from workflow by this application.
Because this application is automated, it lowers overhead, decreases errors, increases speed, and improves accuracy, while modernizing and leveraging your existing investment in legacy technologies.
