Each Application in the System Automates a Function in Your Business Process
Required applications include:

Exception
The Exception application is required.
It provides a form that displays data for work items and a grid that displays business rules they violate. The user can modify data and mark errors as resolved. They also can re-open errors previously marked as resolved or specify that certain types of errors be ignored.
If your business process incorporates an image-management system such as FileNet, then the application also displays attached images.
After the user resolves all errors for a work item, the application logs an event and returns it to the Validation application.
Because this is the only application that requires business knowledge, it lowers overhead by consolidating and minimizing skilled labor.
We can build optional Security, Priority, Notes, Fax, Route, Reclassify, Pend, Delete, Workgroup, Search, Split/Merge, and Correspondence features into this application.
If your business process incorporates an image-management system such as FileNet, then we can build optional Rescan and Signature features into this application.
